01 Free Delivery in the Tourist Corridor
We deliver your vehicle at no additional cost directly to your hotel, resort, or place of stay within our coverage area. Forget the airport lines: we bring the vehicle to you.
Free delivery zones
- Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, and Uvero Alto.
- La Romana, Bayahíbe, Verón, Macao, and Higüey.
02 Delivery Options
- Hotel or resort delivery: we coordinate the meeting at the reception or entrance of your accommodation.
- Office pickup: you can collect the vehicle at our office in Higüey.
- Meet & Greet: coordinated delivery upon your arrival, subject to availability.
03 Coordination and Delivery Time
When you confirm your reservation, we coordinate the time and exact delivery point via WhatsApp. We recommend providing the name of your hotel and your flight information when applicable, to ensure a punctual delivery. Our business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with online support available 24 hours.
04 Documents When Receiving the Vehicle
At the time of delivery, the driver must present:
- Valid driver's license.
- Passport or identity document.
- Credit or debit card in the driver's name for the security deposit.
We will carry out a vehicle inspection together and sign the agreement before handing over the keys.
05 Vehicle Return
The return is coordinated at the same delivery point or at the previously agreed location, on the agreed date and time. We will carry out a joint inspection of the vehicle at the time of return. Remember to return the vehicle with the same fuel level at which you received it.
06 Deliveries Outside the Coverage Area
We make deliveries in areas outside the Eastern tourist corridor with prior coordination. In these cases, a transfer charge may apply, which will be clearly communicated to you in advance before confirming the reservation.
No hidden costs. Any out-of-zone delivery charge is communicated and agreed with you before payment.
07 Delay Notification
If for any reason there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you immediately by WhatsApp or phone to coordinate a solution. Likewise, we ask you to notify us in advance of any change in your itinerary.
