02 What Each Receipt Includes
Every receipt we send to the customer contains, at a minimum:
- Name, address, and Tax ID (RNC) of the business.
- Order number and transaction date.
- Service description: vehicle, dates, and rental days.
- Breakdown of the base rate and the collision damage waiver (CDW).
- Detail of applied taxes (ITBIS 18%).
- Any delivery charge, when applicable.
- Total transaction amount and billing currency (RD$ / DOP).
- Payment method used and approval code.
- Detail of the security deposit held.
03 Tax Receipt
Additionally, El Anillo Rent Car issues the corresponding Electronic Tax Receipt (e-CF) in accordance with Law No. 32-23 and the provisions of the DGII, when the customer requires it for tax purposes.
