“How do I know the booking is real?” → You get a written confirmation with the car, dates and total.
Share your flight or hotel. We wait at PUJ with a sign, or bring the car to your resort at the time you chose. We track your flight if it's late.
“What if there's no car when I land?” → Your car is reserved before you travel. If we ever fail to deliver it, your first day is free.
We photograph the car with you, you sign on the phone, you get the keys. Every existing mark is on record before you drive.
“Will I get charged for a scratch I didn't make?” → No. Only what's not in the delivery photos, and minor damage is charged per part from a published schedule.

A valid driver's license, your passport, and a credit or debit card for the security deposit. Minimum driver age is 21 (luxury classes 25+).
Every car carries third-party liability insurance with MultiSeguros, included in the price: it covers damage you cause to other people and their property, not the rental car itself. CDW is offered in three levels per vehicle class: Basic and Standard with a deductible that depends on the class (from US$400), and Premium with zero deductible; optional glass and tire protection are sold separately, or everything together in a Full Package. Every price and deductible is shown before you confirm. Damage to the rental car is checked together at return and charged per part from our fixed schedule, never more than your deductible. As with any insurance, coverage does not apply when driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, with intentional negligence or reckless driving, or in breach of the rental agreement.
Cancel free up to 48 hours before pickup. If you return early, unused days become a credit for a future rental, transferable to a friend or family member.

Our Hyundai Sonatas run exclusively on LPG (propane), about half the cost of gasoline per km. Never refuel them with gasoline. An attendant fills it at any LPG station; they're common on the main roads of Punta Cana, Bávaro and Higüey, and we hand you a map.

Yes, a temporary hold on your credit or debit card, not a charge. The amount depends on the vehicle and the CDW level you choose, and we tell you before you confirm. It is released after the car is returned in the agreed condition; your bank can take several business days to show it.
Roadside assistance is included for the whole rental. If a vehicle fails, we bring you another unit of the same price so your trip continues. Write to us on WhatsApp 24/7 and a bilingual person answers.
Your valid driver's license from home plus your passport are enough for a tourist stay; no international permit is required. Keep the license, a copy of your passport and the rental contract we hand you in the car. Checkpoints are routine: show the documents and, if anything is unclear, call us on WhatsApp and we help you in English.
